While the cost of diesel and petrol have decreased significantly, transporters are exploiting poor people
TURBAT: Recently, I went to a transport company in Turbat to purchase a ticket for my relative, because according to a doctor in Turbat, he had to go to Karachi for medical treatment for a neurological problem. The transporter demanded Rs1,000 for each ticket, for the evening bus. It was shocking to me that while the cost of diesel and petrol had decreased significantly, transporters were exploiting poor people. I request the relevant authorities to concentrate on this problem and curb the extortion by transporters.
