KARACHI: Almost all the roads in the city of Karachi are dug up and this has created a serious problem. The broken and dug up roads are a cause of many accidents in the city. They also cause severe damage to running vehicles. The poor drainage system is also partly responsible for damaging the roads.
It is a fact that the people of Karachi pay a huge amount of vehicle tax. Hence, it is the fundamental right of the citizens to have better roads for their vehicles. The problem has reached an extreme. I hope that the authorities concerned will look into the matter seriously and take prompt and necessary action to overcome this long-standing problem.
