ISLAMABAD: This letter is to draw the attention of other provincial governments towards a commendable step by the Punjab government of setting up the Dolphin Force. The main purpose of the Force is to prevent the mushrooming street crime that has become a major issue in Pakistan. Commuters and pedestrians all over the country have been unable to feel safe up to this point, despite ongoing operations. It is hoped that the Dolphin Force will provide satisfactory service to the people of Punjab so that other provinces can follow its model.
