I would urge an initiative of a programme with Ms Jatoi to educate the viewers on good linguistics in Pakistan
LAHORE: I fully agree and endorse the views of Benazir Jatoi in her article, “Change the Language”, which appeared in this newspaper on February 15. I would urge Express News to take the initiative and host a programme with Ms Jatoi to educate viewers on good linguistics in Pakistan. Based on the discussions, television channels can also start using the language suggested in the article.
Someone — in this case, a news channel — just has to take the initiative and I strongly believe that others will follow.
