There is a dire need to modify the system, and the only way it can be done is through a socialist revolution
FATEH JANG: The present system that governs us is clearly capitalist, in which, there appears to be no value accorded to human beings — with all the emphasis being on capital. Until a student has a hefty fee to deposit upfront, he or she cannot acquire an education. Such is our country that a person, because of his poverty or social status, can be denied medical treatment and justice. With the passage of time, this system has only deteriorated further. At present, there is a dire need to modify the system, and the only way it can be done is through a socialist revolution. Socialism is an economic system based on the state ownership of capital. All people have equal rights, and there is no class system. In this system, every person has the right to get free education, medical treatment and justice.
One of the architects of the Russian revolution, Leon Trotsky, said, “If the word socialism carries a meaning, it stands for a human relationship free from the contamination of greed, a friendship without jealousy and a love immune to interests.”
