The new PTCL bill puts all relevant information into neat little boxes
KARACHI: The new format of the PTCL bill is helpful. My father owns a store in the Qayyumabad area in Karachi and experiences a steady flow of customers daily, which results in a costly telephone bill. Customers and shop clerks make phone calls that my father has to pay for out of his own pocket. He has no way to pinpoint any unwarranted use and does not want to pass on unnecessary burden to customers.
The new bill puts all relevant information into neat little boxes, with voice calls further divided into local, international and mobile calls. Now he can easily monitor the use of the telephone at the store. Let’s hope there will be more innovations like these in the future.
