Security plans have been finalised for celebrating Eidul Fitr in Minogra in Swat to avoid unpleasant incidents.

“We are starving to death and you are talking about Eid celebrations?" said Tasneem a resident of Madyan.

This is the second attack on an educational institution in upper Swat in less than four days.
