Names removed: ECL thinned out
Most of these names had been added on court, police and secret service agency directives
PESHAWAR:
Names of at least 21,000 people – a majority of whom belong to K-P and the tribal belt – have been removed from the Exit Control List, an FIA official told The Express Tribune. The official said the list was reviewed under the directives of Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan in light of the hardships faced by traders and industrialists in travelling abroad. Most of these names had been added on court, police and secret service agency directives.
