Rotation : PHC transfers 91 judicial officers

PESHAWAR:


Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel has issued orders for the transfer and posting of 91 judicial officers across the province.


The order was issued on Wednesday from the office of Registrar Muhammad Ayub Khan.


According to the order, district and sessions judge (DSJ) Fazal Subhan was transferred from the high court and posted as a member of the inspection team while DSJ Muhammad Iqbal Khan was transferred to PHC’s Abbottabad bench as an additional registrar.


“DSJ Liaqat Ali Khan Marwat was transferred from Karak and posted at PHC as officer on special duty (OSD) for future posting,” stated the order. “DSJ Sajjad Ahmad was transferred from Mardan and posted as OSD at the high court.”


Furthermore, additional district and sessions judge Aurangzeb Khattak was transferred from PHC and posted in Mardan as DSJ.
