ISLAMABAD: Emaar Pakistan, the country subsidiary of global developer Emaar Properties PJSC, has marked the groundbreaking of La Paraiso at Canyon Views, DHA Phase-II Extension, Islamabad. La Paraiso is planned to be a landmark comprising commercial, retail and residential towers that feature apartments and penthouses. Located as part of a three-layered master-planned gated community, La Paraiso will have retail outlets featuring renowned global brands as well as fine dining restaurants. The construction contract for La Paraiso has been awarded to Astral Constructors (Pvt) Limited, a reputed construction company.
