Colony on research land: CDA offers alternate land to NARC

A CDA official said that the lease for the NARC land had expired in 2005

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has offered an alternate land to the National Agricultural Research Council (NARC) to develop a housing colony on its current research fields in Chak Shahzad. A CDA official said that the lease for the NARC land had expired in 2005. The civic authority has offered an alternate land near Kahuta or Rawat, far from Islamabad.
