Chartered flights to Pakistan

Immigration rules are being tightened in the UK, affecting thousands of Pakistanis

LONDON: Immigration rules are being tightened in the UK, affecting thousands of Pakistanis. The British government is cracking down on immigrants and sending immigrants back to their countries on even small offences. They are shutting down private colleges, raiding shops, and refusing applications.

First, they made their visa policy soft to encourage immigration to their countries and generate funds to bring their economy up. Now, when they don’t need us, they started a crackdown on us.

There are no human rights for immigrants; even our own government is not supporting us. The UK keeps immigrants in detention for an unlimited amount of time and some have even been here for over a year. The Pakistan government is adding fuel to the fire by allowing chartered flights to Pakistan to take us back. Immigrants are also scared that FIA agents will stop them and harass them for bribes.

No one here wants to go back to Pakistan because they know the situation of the economy there with its scarce jobs and corrupt government. The Pakistan government should stop chartered flights so that forced deportation stops. I request that this issue is brought up so our government makes laws to protect overseas Pakistanis.
