Barrister kifayat | 13 years ago | Reply hello every body from the begining i m deeply studying this case, which is a prima facai case i.e clear. this was a genocide act and the voilation of human rights, voilation of natural rights, voilation of islamic law, voilation of international and domestic law of PAKISTAN. but the problem is that in moderen era PAKISTAN is still following the procedural law of 1860 as amended a bit, nd the second problem in this case is that police (the worst thing in PAKISTANI society) are personally involve in this case.and as for as justice is concerened the PAKISTANI judiciary will never ever give them justice, being an analyst of the PAKISTANI system i have found that the whole system is hollow, and because of injustice of judiciary, criminal acts of police, political treason, army dictatorship, the people becomes an easy victims of conspirators e.g in swat the people wanted to get rid of this system thats why they joined taliban for easy and quick justice. brothers get up and change the system, change the whole scenario, and acheive the true spirit of PAKISTAN THE GREAT. it is our country and we have to fight for it as we fought in past for its independece now we have to finish these murders, to get red of this system, to fight against the conspirators, to be unite for PAKISTAN and live with peace and scerenity.we want peace in our country.i m sorry if i have hurt any body...thanx
