MANSEHRA:

A woman was allegedly raped by her brother-in-law and two other men in Mansehra city, police said on Tuesday.

Police quoted 28-year-old Z* of Mohallah Nogazi saying she married Muhammad Naeem about five years ago and has four children. Last week, on Saturday, she had an altercation with her husband who allegedly forced her to leave the house. Left with no option, she moved to her sister’s house in the same locality and spent the night there.

On Sunday afternoon, her sister’s husband Junaid reportedly shoved her into a van and took her to an unknown location with two of his friends, Asif and Naveed. The three men then raped her and detained Z, also threatening to kill her. Z said she somehow managed to escape and reached the police station.
