JAMRUD: Two khasadars were injured when an explosive, planted by unidentified militants, went off near a check post in Jamrud tehsil, Khyber Agency on Sunday.

According to a khasadar official, the bomb was planted along the bypass near Jamrud Bazaar. He said both men were rushed to a nearby hospital and later shifted to Peshawar for further medical assistance. Their condition is said to be stable, he added.
