We need to take certain bold steps to streamline our education system regarding the compensation/salaries of teachers
PESHAWAR: When a child starts schooling, he/she considers the teacher to be a role model and tries to copy them at home. As teachers are role models for the entire nation, they should be very careful in all their actions and dealings with others.
The role of teachers is obviously very crucial and has a long-lasting impact in the lives of youngsters of any society. We need to take certain bold steps to streamline our education system regarding the compensation/salaries of teachers and ensure that they are put thorough training programmes.
