Chairman Ansar Burney Trust International and former Federal Minister for human rights Ansar Burney has requested the British government to ban the entry of Jamiat Ulamae Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman in the United Kingdom.

In a statement issued from London, Burney asked Britain’s interior minister not to allow Fazlur Rehman into the UK, alleging that he spreads hatred against the West and has links with the Taliban.

Burney said he will move to the High Court if the JUI-F chief was allowed into the UK.

Fazlur Rehman is scheduled to reach London today.

I hope you have evidences to back up your statements. You also got released an Indian spy from Pakistani jail saying he is an innocent man which he point blank admitted himself later on. That pretty much lost your credibility. I suggest, now think gazillion times before you even utter a word.Recommend

I fail to understand why is Ansar Burney so concerned about safety of the West, but would join hands with a traitor along with the same Mullah against his own motherland.Recommend

And the British wonder why they are facing an extremist threat, why does the British government let in these anti western clerics who do nothing for the country and are only there for themselves.
And why do all these so called religious leaders want to go to the west which they despise so much? all of them jump at a chance to go but tell everyone else what kafirs and corrupt people the west is full of, but are the first in line for a visa.Recommend

i wish one could ban peddlers of hate in our own country too.these religous bigots spread misogyny, homophobia, bigotry & intolerance & only because they have a beard no one in pakistan has the courage to expose their hypocrisy & bigotry.
why do we have closed off minds who accept things told in mosques & madrassas unquestioningly without thinking rationally & critically about what is being preached.Recommend

As long as the primitive way of one man one vote remains, people like Fazalur Rehman would keep getting elected, as the number of ‘jahils’ far exceeds those who understand. While the former mentioned category are active in electioneering, the later are relaxing even on the election day in front of their TV screens or writing blogs for ‘Express Tribune’, only to lament the results of the elections later on.Recommend

Immediately question the British Government why did they allow this rabble rouser to enter the UK. The British Government is itself responsible for this mess in South Asia.

The entire JUI F and Jamat e Islami should be declared terrorists and exiled from Pakistan. Yasir is right let Mowlana Fazlur Rahman go to the UK and then dont let him and his entourage come back. Cancel his citizenship outrightly.

    Salams and best wishes.Recommend
