I wonder why no one takes a stance against some morally questionable images that are displayed on billboards
KARACHI: Apart from tarnishing the beauty of the metropolis, the billboards that dot every corner of Karachi are also a cause of accidents because they distract drivers and commuters.
The authorities had ordered the removal of these giant hoardings in view of the looming cyclone threat recently. I wonder why no one takes a stance against some morally questionable images that are displayed on billboards in public places under the garb of fashion or glamour. I urge the authorities concerned to take action against such hoardings and formulate and implement laws to regulate their positioning across the metropolis.
