Plight of pedestrians

People traveling on the Islamabad Expressway face a lot of trouble due to non-availability of overhead bridges

ISLAMABAD: People traveling on the Islamabad Expressway from Rawat to Zero Point face a lot of trouble due to the non-availability of overhead bridges for pedestrians and lack of proper lighting.

It is very sad that commuters at places like T-Chowk, Kak Pul, River Garden, Sowan Garden, Media Town Crossing, Pakistan Town, Koral Chowk, Gangaal and Khanna Pul face tremendous problems while crossing the road and travelling. The authorities concerned must pay attention to this situation and take appropriate measures to alleviate it.
