Bomb blast near bank in Bannu injures 5

Police say bomb was planted in motorcycle and detonated via remote control, no loss of life has been reported as yet.

BANNU: A bomb blast near a bank on Railway Road in Bannu injured at least five people, Express News reported on Thursday.

According to the police, the bomb was planted in a motorcycle and detonated via remote control.

No loss of life has been reported as of yet.

Ten shops were also damaged in the explosion.

Police and rescue teams have reached the site of the blast and further investigations are underway.

KP is taking all the brunt of poor Fed govt policies. KP is welcoming all IDPs, so there will be issues related to security.

Some people will play politics on it saying "Law and order is provincial matter" disregarding the sacrifice made by KP for the country due to Fed Govt incompetence.
