One must look forward to accomplishing the goal of a drugs-free Pakistan through active support from the people.
SARGODHA: Today, on World Drug Day, the Ministry of Narcotics Control and the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) will launch a campaign involving students across Pakistan to create awareness about the detrimental effects of illicit drugs through social media websites, such as Twitter and Facebook. A new planning and monitoring unit has been established within the ministry in liaison with the ANF to streamline all efforts to launc programmes and create awareness on tackling narcotics within Pakistan, while the country continues to focus on eliminating poppy production and reducing the demand for drugs via international cooperation.
It is very important that the citizens of Pakistan are united in fighting this menace. One must look forward to accomplishing the goal of a drugs-free Pakistan through active support from the people.
