Traditional diplomacy: Sindhi Culture Day held at US Consulate

Sindhi people have wonderful traditions and history, US Consul General Michael Dodman said.

The US Consul General in Karachi Michael Dodman celebrated Sindhi Culture Day with a reception and Qawwali. “Sindhi people have wonderful traditions and history. Those traditions and history are an important part of Pakistani culture and one that all Pakistanis can be proud of and identify with,” Dodman said. The consul general said that he was very happy to celebrate and experience the Sindhi culture. On the occasion president of Karachi Union of Journalists GM Jamali and senior photojournalist Abbas Mehdi presented traditional Sindhi topi and ajrak to the US consul general.
