Inaugurated by the varsity’s vice chancellor (VC) at the Fine Arts Building, the display brought forward the creativity, innovation and professional approach of students graduating this year.

FJWU VC Dr Samina Qadir said that the efforts of the students are remarkable and the outlook is unique and diverse.

“The university aims at providing its students market-oriented skills through practical work,” she added.

More than seventy masters and bachelors students took part in the thesis display, exhibiting pieces created using varying media.

The works included oil paintings, sculptures, textile and graphic designs, miniatures, print and ceramics pieces.

The work displayed in the exhibition was distinctive and full of expressions.

The young artists tried to translate their emotions and ideas on their preferred medium with a commendable level of maturity.
