Police crackdown: 50 suspects arrested in Badhaber

Five AK-47s, two pistols, two rifles, a shotgun and five kilogramme of hashish were seized.

PESHAWAR: At least 50 suspects along with two proclaimed offenders were arrested while weapons and drugs were recovered during a search operation in various villages in the limits of Badhaber police station on Sunday.

Badhaber police launched the operation against anti-social elements in Telaband, Kagawala and Surizai Bala, Surizai Payan and Mera Surizai.

According to a police official, the crackdown began early morning and lasted around three hours. Houses of proclaimed offenders were raided, two were arrested while 50 other suspects were taken into custody.

Five AK-47s, two pistols, two rifles, a shotgun and five kilogramme of hashish were seized during the crackdown.

sorry to say but ak47 and pistol etc is present every pathans home ...it is our culture and its the sign of peace here .......try to understand police just doing it for money ....
