Alleged kidnapping: Court orders cases against govt officials

The judge ordered to file cases against all the accused.

PESHAWAR: Additional Sessions Judge Asad Hameed Bangash on Saturday ordered the filing of a case against government officials involved in kidnapping. Saddam Hussain filed a petition under Section 22A saying political administration official of Khyber Agency Shakeel, former SHO Hayatabad Police Station Rajab Ali and police official Sher Rehman had kidnapped him along with his brother Iqbal Hussain for Rs 2million ransom. The judge ordered to file cases against all the accused.
