Google.com.pk was apparently defaced by Turkish hackers.
Early Saturday morning, attempts to access search engine Google led to a page which appeared and behaved in a manner quite unlike the familiar logo and search bar one is used to. Google had been hacked and defaced.
The defaced webpage appeared only on the Pakistan sub-site for the search engine, www.Google.com.pk. Those who access Google from within Pakistan are usually redirected to this portal. Though soon, the redirect stopped working and one was taken to the international page Google.com for search queries.
Hackers swapped the Google logo and a search bar with an image of two penguins walking on a bridge. A message in Turkish read (translated through Google translate):
“Eboz of a friend always there for me My homies have not shot by me with every breath”
It further added the line “Downed Pakistan” to confirm the webpage had been taken down.
At the bottom of the page, the hackers added a big question mark followed by the tag line that when translated read:
“Hello friends who are still alive, not dead!”
More in Pakistan
Success story: CNICs remove ghost voters, target poor for aid
“Eboz of a friend always there for me My homies have not shot by me with every breath”
So you opted to write the nonsensical translation of Google translate than just consult a Turkish translator?
Wow, your editorial standards are just abysmal!

These hackers should at least learn to put a sentence together. All that work and I am still lost as what the message exactly says.

Yup! its true…at dis time 7:23 AM Google.com.pk is Still Showing Same Page:D

Long Live Pakistan-Turkey brotherhood.
We should distance ourselves from the arabs and iranians and make Turkey our role model.

lol. well done turkeyRecommend
A failure attempt, they failed to get access to the SSHd server, and they hacked via PKNIC.

No sir, Google isn’t hacked by anyone. This process of rerouting a request to one url to another is known as DNS hijacking. Most likely this has happened at your local internet service providers. Most of the hacking attacks on various websites in our part of the world (especially Indian websites by Pakistanis and vice versa) are hijacking attacks and are most likely done from some college dorm room. Don’t give too much credit to these low-life imbeciles. I imagine it would take considerable intelligence, effort and time if you actually have to Hack Google’s servers.
Recommend
Now the Turks dislike Pakistan?
Recommend
Somebody tell them Behlul is not Pakistani. Pakistanis has not nothing to do whatever happened to Bihter.
Recommend
Please re-state this. Technically speaking, Google was not hacked. the PKNIC account of a company called MarkMonitor was compromised, resulting in the DNS Servers being changed.
Microsoft.pk has met the same fate.
Recommend
They somehow managed to change the Nameserver records maintained by PKNIC. And gained access to PKNIC’s records or the account of the company managing the domain on behalf of Google.

The translation would be something like:
My buddies are always with me, friend !
Do you think there is no one inside or beside me ? Force of gravity with each breath
Trabzon (a Turkish city) 2012
Greetings to my friends! I didn’t die, I am still aliveRecommend
WTH @@@ the Turks did this ???

Know your enemy..
Back in 2010 The PCA (Pak Cyber Army) hacked top Indian government website in response to the ICA’s (Indian Cyber Army) attack on 40 Pakistan’s government websites. The PCA had left a message that said..
"This attempt is in response to the Pakistani websites hacked by ‘Indian Cyber Army’. We told you before too.. we are sleeping but not dead.. remember PCA (Pakistan cyber army)!..back off kids or we will smoke your d00rs off like we did before.."
what Message says is “We are sleeping not dead” and this is what the Turkish translation says
“Hello friends who are still alive, not dead!” an obscure message for the PCA.
Its not the Turkish but the Indians..
KNOW YOUR ENEMY ..

How could you be so sure that Turkish hackers did this, just because the writing on the page was in Turkish? They could be Jewish hackers, too. We harm a billion of their websites, if they harmed one of ours, it is all right. We ourselves have problems with Google since they didn’t remove the blasphemous movie from Youtube, so we are not much bothered.

Technically,
google.com.pk is NOT hacked. It is PKNIC”s Google account has been compromised. It could be the fault of PKNIC or Google’s Domain Manager.Recommend
@Zeux:
We have our extreme love for Turkey I think some1 is using their name to poison our friendship……. LOng live Turkey…

and thats the main reason the translation does not state the correct message because it has been translated to turkish from some other language

“We harm a billion of their websites, if they harmed one of ours”
Since when did google become one of your websites? Also if this is your website then why do you have a problem with it? google? (“We ourselves have problems with Google”).
you have a LOT of free time. If hacking would do something, then please by all means go ahead, not sure if anyone is bothered by a few college kids playing these tricks. Why don’t you stop using internet at all since all the blasphemous content is on the internet itself?
Recommend
I think if you translate it may be it is like:
(trabzon 2012 Dostlara selam ölmedik hala yaşıyoruz!) at the bottom sentence means
Translation = (trabzon did not die salute you still live in 2012′s to friends!)

Who is Trabzon???

@just_someone:
Meh, why should anyone bother. They couldn’t even be bothered to post their message in English, why exactly should anyone here help them by translating their message.

Many Turks resent the interference of Pakistani Islamic groups in Turkish internal affairs. This may be revenge for this interfence. These groups want to overthrow of Turkish government and replace the secular constitution with Sharia law.
