Submit final list of missing persons, Peshawar court tells security agencies

Authorities given a month to provide court with the names of missing persons.

PESHAWAR: Security agencies, Frontier Corps (FC), police officers and other concerned authorities must submit final list of missing persons by December 4, said Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan on Tuesday, Express News reported.

Hearing the missing persons case, Khan remarked that more than a thousand people have been reported missing.

He said missing persons should be brought to court within a month and let the judges decide their fate according to the law.

Khan further stated that until a crime is proven, no suspect can be labelled a criminal.
