Why were they arrested? Once arms were found in thier possession they should have been killed on the spot. Thanks to our judiciary.
We fully support Pakistan in its fight against militancy. It is no secret that terrorist organizations like the TTP are fully focused on plaguing the region with terrorism. We share a common stance against terrorism, and we will not let these terrorists succeed with their evil mission. We will continue to target those who pose a threat to society. We reiterate what George E. Little, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, said recently: “We believe that the Pakistani government shares our view that terrorists threaten both countries, both Pakistan and the United States. Scores of Pakistanis have regrettably been killed by terrorists inside Pakistan. We, of course, have suffered losses as well, inside Pakistan and elsewhere, from al-Qaeda and from other terrorist groups operating along the Afghan-Pakistan border. So we have common cause with the Pakistanis. We're working closely with the Pakistanis on the counterterrorism issue, and we will continue to do so.”
On April 30th 2009, The Nation English daily of Nawaiwaqt Group published a report about Talibans Leadership moving to Karachi from Quetta to save them from Drone attacks.
MQM and Altaf Hussain from a long time pointing towards increasing activities of Talibans in Karachi and Sindh but noone took it seriously, but now the news is confirmed and if the Top Leadership is moving in karachi, it is all under the patronage of People who are running the security apparatus and with the help of Religious and Sectarian outfits including Jamat e Islami.
People of Karachi are urged to unite and prepare to defend themselves against the Taliban Animals and keep a close eye on the activities of Jehadis, Jamatis and Talibans in their respected neighborhoods.
Karachi will not fall to Talibans and the people of Karachi will fight against them, Inshahallah.
Good job! ----- love you Chaudhry Aslam, get more of them, they are a plenty hiding like plagued rats in holes all over Karachi. And yes, dn't arrest just send all such Hameedullah, Amerullah, Iranullah and others straight to meet Allah at the shortest. Haven't you heard of 'encounters' and 'crossfires' and other euphemisms for consiging such anti-people folks to 'paradise' a place of their longing.
" four TT pistols and two hand grenades" Well its quite normal, as in Karachi even a gentle man would be having these things. The police should have recovered at least suicide jackets.
really?? now what??? ul set them free after a week
