Former army brigadier kidnapped from Islamabad Expressway

Former brigadier Masood left his DHA residence for work when 4 armed men intercepted his and pulled him out.

ISLAMABAD: Former army brigadier Tahir Masood was kidnapped from Islamabad Expressway, while his driver was shot dead when he showed resistance, Express News reported Thursday.

According to police, Masood had left his residence in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) for work when four armed men intercepted his car and pulled him out.

When the driver and former army soldier, Ahmed Hassan, came for his defense, the gunmen killed him.

Police and officials reached the site to gather facts for investigation.

I feel sorry for him and his who driver who died.

Some of these retired men train talibans and Mujhahideens.

He probably is involved in some kind of intelligence operation or some colleague(s) of his did this to him.

@Gulkhaiz While I agree with you that Ch. Allah Daad's message could've been phrased better, my immediate interpretation of his comment was that it referred to the attackers, not the victims. I think other readers are giving him a thumbs-up for this very reason. May I suggest you read the comments a couple of times before responding in order to avoid overrreacting to nothing?...
