This is the Law of Nature, when you close your eyes form the violence when it is happening on low beings then one day it be gets the high beings also. Actually in urdu we call it "DAMMAN KI AAG". The high and mighty politicians slow down the police so it should not effectively control their lawless cronies and one day comes that police efficiency go down so low that it losses the ability to protect the high and mighty. I think that time has come.
