Give me a break. Where the killers of ex prime minister are still at large how can an ordinary person can get justice. But lets be hopefull and Seek Allah’s mercy. If justice is not done in this case than people will loose the remaining trust on justice and law enforcement in PAKISTAN. Seems like now its becoming a POLITICAL music chair programe. But let us wait till the inquiry is done and see what happens. These culprits should be punished severly including the police officers and the two Rescue 1122 employees. Its a shame that Rescue1122 is for saving people’s lives but these life savers turned into killers. Lets hope that all these comedian POLITICIANS will act upon what they are saying. But does anyone of PAKISTANI’S trust REHMAN MALIK’S statements ? Guy is the biggest uncredible official in the country. Pakistan is going towards ANARCHY.Recommend

For sure this is a huge tragedy and barbaric act of a group of people which is clearly very punishable. From the bottom of my heart, I pay my respects and deepest condolences to the family of the victims. It is a big wound and it will take it tool and time to heal and to get out of this heart breaking times. I fully support your demand for justice and it should be served at all costs but at the same time lets try not to repeat the same mistake legally this time by our overwhelmed emotions and lets not end up executing an completely innocent person in this extreme case of its nature. But please make sure at the same time that none of the culprits get away with this brutal murder.
With this prayer that may Allah protect every one from this cruelty and on mother ever see this horrific massacre of ones children.Recommend

I have to agree with Tanzeels comments, where has governing machinery been for 8 days? This incident highlights the sorry state of Pakistan, a country of lawless savages – apologies to those who live decent law abiding lives. This issue is turning into a political circus as all involved attempt to gain maximum points. Its simple though – a despicable crime has been commited, apprehend those involved and punish them severley, make an example of them, the time for talking and debate is over. Surely these innocent youngsters and their family deserve swift justice. Allah is already sending ‘azaab’ on a nation that is corrupt and free of morals, incidents such as this incurr further wrath from the Almighty. “Actions speak louder than words”.Recommend

Is anyone surprised that Pakistan keeps suffering natural disasters?

Murdering 2 teenagers for a possible theft? Where in the Quran or Hadith does it say that such actions are allowed? How can any of the crowd or the police call themselves Muslims? Just watching those 2 poor boys suffering is enough to make anyone feel sick, let alone seeing it in person. Even if they were guilty then they should have been taken to the police station. Did none of them even think, this could have been me or my child, brother or father? This behaviour is worse than animals. the economic and political frustration of the common man will rear its ugly head from time to time. with a ravaged economy and an idle population, anger and frustration can be released anytime anywhere. the brutality committed in sialkot is further sign that pakistan has further plugned into the depths of darkness in a short span of 2 years since people wailed for democracy. our political leadership has again failed, and its becoming increasingly likely that pakistans future will be bleak and dark. I have seen the brutality and a crowd of cruel hearted murderers in videos over the internet. The whole world is surprised and cursing on this act. While sitting out of Pakistan and working out these news are a sort of big despair, but at the same time somewhere in the heart we feel lucky not to live in this environment. But at the same time how can we take our eyes off this situation . Since I have seen these videos on the net, I feel a total restless feeling in myself. If I am up for Sehri or taking my Iftar, if I am sleeping or praying or driving, I cannot shake out these scenes out of my mind. A very shameful fact is that this incident happened in Holy month of Ramadan which us most sacred month in Islamic calendar. I am sure both of these brothers will be fasting and I don’t understand what these killers thought they were doing?
We as muslim belong to a religion where our one of most powerful leaders and SECOND MUSLIM CALIPH Hazrat Umer Farooq (R.A) used to say “If a dog near Farat will die with hunger I will be punished for that”.
How can our leaders sleep after knowing this incident? I am sure all their informers informed them and have shown them all the hit videos. One mother lost his both sons, and this incident definitely crushed the hopes of a father. Nothing can bring them back and after all this incident you can see these videos worldwide showing the our faces to the world. After all this our government just establishes an investigation team and keeps announcing and publicizing it on news channels under cameras and after 7 days of incident they are making promises for another 3 days to catch the culprits? What investigation? Everyone is chain linked and are filmed on countless videos. Don’t they know the place; don’t they know the houses of these heartless barbarians?
This incident reminded me of a young muslim Pakistani, who lost his life when robber tried to snatch cash at an ATM machine. He spent all his life preaching not to be part of “Zulm” and he gave his life for this. My question is also to all those movie makers who were standing there and instead of trying to stop this, they pulled out their mobile phones to picturise this even and then either sell it to news channels at high rates (A culture promoted by news channels to be first in breaking the news) or to upload it on internets to show to the whole globe. Why didn’t’ t you try to stop it? I know if you were alone, you could be on the right track if you might have tried to stop this. You can join hands with others like you.

My dear Pakistani’s this is the time, Join hands with good one. If you are too small to make some difference, then make groups or join such groups. You are at a time when you are taking Aid from Bangladesh, and aid from India. It is now or never………Recommend

Pakistanis all over the world are frustrated and boiling over at this unfortunate incident and the related developments.
    Rememeber:
    1. The only islamic punishment where citizens participate is “sangsar”
    2. The prescribed islamic method to punish someone by death is to behead him, which is quick and indeed results in immediate death.
    3. Blood Money (Ad-Diyat).
All of you who want to torture the culprits so they can feel the pain of the two brothers and re-live those excruciating last hours, as experienced by the 2 brothers, are no different than the culprits. You all have a secret desire to inflict pain and suffering when allowed. So now you want to start a painful tamasha and become the tamashbeen, like the crowd in Sialkot. Aafreen, aafreen.
Study and understand the concept and spirit of punishment in Islam, instead of coating your basal animal nature with feelings of hurt and victimization.
These heinous incidents are “lamha-e-fikriya” for us all, and not just an opportunity to lash out with vengeance.
Take this opportunity to turn your anger into knowledge and understanding of “your” religion: http://www.quranenglish.com/hadith/sahih_bukhari/083.htm
May Allah give us all patience, insight, wisdom and strength to stand like a rock for our beliefs.

Pakistan and it’s so called Muslim citizens witness/commit barbarism, violence, bloodshed and corruption; and they have accepted it in the Name of their Most Beautiful Religion: Islam. Alama Iqbal said it correctly, “Yeh Musalmaan Hain Jinhe Dekh Ke Sharmain Yahud”.
When a society deviates from the commandments of God Almighty; they simply ask for the wrath of God. The real tragedy is that Pakistan is under the wrath of God. Yet Pakistanis do not realize it. The questions to ponder upon are: Why we as a Nation are suffering from this Tragedy? What we as a Nation has done to suffer from God’s Wrath? Is it that we have forgotten the true teaching Islam? Have we ignored the beautiful life of our Holy Prophet (saw)? Recommend

Everyone, please stop over reacting. What happened was a horrendous event that should never have happened. No sane man, including myself could ever condone it.

However the judicial process needs to be equal for everyone. You cannot just expect that a murder case like this should not have to wait in line to be properly investigated and closed just like the rest of the thousands of pending cases.

What you are advocating is not justice, it is the same stupid mentality that drives idiots to cut the line at McDonalds to get their order in without having to wait. That is not how the system works and changing it around and expediting it to suit your fancy is not fair to other families that are seeking justice for murders just as brutal that have gone unnoticed.

Whether the judiciary is effective or not depends on whether this issue gets resolved, not how quickly it does. I know that sounds unsympathetic, but please try to understand the system needs to be equal for all.Recommend

    Assalamu alaiykum All

I feel totally appalled, saddened and bewildered at how such brutality could surface. The ignorance of the bystanders and shocking cowardly reaction of the Police Officers who let this tragedy occur before their very eyes, is unbelievable. The Government and Senior Officials in Pakistan need to take swift action to bring those responsible to immediate justice.

The sadness and irony is that this barbarism apparently took place during Ramadan, when both brothers were probably observing their fasts. I bet the ill advised and illiterate lynch mob, who carried out this attack probably feel that their acts of violence is pleasurable in the eyes of Allah. How misguided and deluded are they? You don’t need to be Muslim to realise and understand that murder of any capaciity is wrong, expect to be questioned of this on the day of judgement.

I appreciate feelings are running high at this present moment, however, I don’t think that any person of Pakistani origin who openly condemns this incident, should feel that they have to be ashamed because of their Pakistani heritage. This act has no doubt shrouded Pakistan under the international spot-light and given much unwanted bad publicity, however I have seen images of decency, brotherhood and compassion by Pakistani people, during the country’s worst humanitarian crisis since its existence, as a result of the recent flooding. I must highlight, that I am not of Pakistani background, I was born and raised in the UK of Indian (Gujerat) and African (Malawi) origin.

A person shouldn’t be judged on the basis of their race, culture or origin, however their acts of kindness, respect, individual morals and values.

Brother Fawad, I couldn’t agree with you in relation to your comments on seeking vengeance and punishing those responsible, your comments were articulate and justified with intelligence.

Stand tall, be united and ensure that there is justice for both Brothers, more importantly, remember these deceased boys and their families in your prayers, praying for their forgiveness and ask from Allah to grant them their rightful abode in Paradise (Ameen).

Additionally, please pray that Allah gives strength to the Mother to proceed with her life and give her Sabr in what must be a turbulent period. What that poor woman must be going through is beyond my comprehension, my heart goes out to her.
