Heinous crime: Woman abducted, gang raped

She added that three men took her to some unknown place and raped her repeatedly for two days.

MANSEHRA: A married woman accused three persons of abducting and raping her in Sharkol Chattar village, said police on Monday. The Battal police quoted Sanam Bibi*, 32 and wife of Basharat* Salim as saying that when she was home alone on Saturday afternoon, Salma* Bibi, the wife of Deedar* Khan offered her to get some food ration that some NGO was distributing among the villagers. However, when she stepped out, Deedar* asked her to get on a Suzuki pickup, close to which another villager Haroon* stood. She added that three men took her to some unknown place and raped her repeatedly for two days. On the third day, they set her free and gave her Rs100 for the bus fare. The police have registered a case against the alleged rapists under the sections 365-B, 342 and 372 of the Pakistan Penal Code. However, none of the accused has been arrested so far.
