Two Lady Health Workers (LHWs) fainted in a protest on Friday to presss their demand for better pays and a service structure. Supervisor Nasreen Munawwar and Asma were taken to a hospital after they fainted during the protest. One of their colleagues said that they were discharged after treatment. Shareefan Bibi, one of the protestors, said, “Our seniors are holding negotiations with the officials concerned. We will protest again if our demands are not met.”
