Pakistan captain Misbahul Haq will receive a one-match suspension in accordance with ICC laws if he is found guilty of one more minor over-rate offence in ODIs over the next 12 months.
According to an ICC press release, Misbah was fined 40% of his match fee for maintaining a slow over-rate during the opening match of the Asia Cup cricket tournament.
The rest of the team was fined 20% of their match fee.
As per International Cricket Council (ICC) Code of Conduct regulations related to minor over-rate offences, players are fined 10% of their match fees for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time, with the captain fined double that amount.

The Indians would be really happy with MisBah playing in the coming match. He can ruin the power play, work on every defensive strategy and in the end give the match away with the fans holding their heads in their hands! THANK YOU PCB! Recommend
Hope he does gets ban. THEN the people of the nation will realize how vital his placement in the ODI team is, after the batting order will cripple!
