MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader Javed Hashmi remarked on Tuesday that dentists in Pakistan should invent an injection that attacks the teeth of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who are consuming the nation’s assets and people’s wealth.

Hashmi was talking to media in Multan at the inauguration ceremony of a private medical and dental college in Multan.

He said that the real contest in Pakistan was between corrupt politicians and the youth, instead of PTI, adding that the PTI was backed by the youth who were eager to nab all corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and generals.

“The success and prosperity of nations has always been led by the youth of the nation and today they are leading in Pakistan through PTI’s platform. The call for change is not by PTI but by the youth of Pakistan and I want them to lead the change.”

Addressing the ceremony, he further said that not only doctors but everyone should support PTI on its merit.

“We are not begging for aid from the US, as the incumbent government does, or the people of Pakistan but we only want people's support on merit,” he said.
