ISLAMABAD: A man was arrested at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport. He was sent to the Anti-human Smuggling Cell for allegedly travelling on a fake Canadian passport. Immigration staff at the airport  held Muhammad Ali Kashmiri, who was planning on travelling to Canada on PK-781 on Friday morning using documents in the name of Sikandar Hayat Kashmiri. The airport staff suspected that the passport photo of Kashmiri had been changed. To verify the claim the staff then interrogated Kashmiri, who admitted that he had paid Rs300,000 for a fake passport as well as Canadian citizenship card. “The suspect is within our custody and we are investigating the case,” a police officer working on the case said.
