FiA: Human traffickers arrested

Traffickers wanted in more than 60 human trafficking cases for five years.

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested six human traffickers including Nadeem and Sajid wanted in more than 60 human trafficking cases for five years. FIA Deputy Director Gul Sanobar Khan  told the press that the special FIA team headed by Inspector Muhammad Haneef raided various places in Sialkot, Gujrat and Gujranwala and arrested human traffickers Muhammad Akram and Sajid Hussain  from Sialkot, Imran, Qamar Abbas and Akbar from Gujrat and Nadeem and Muhammad Iqbal from Gujranwala. He said the men arrested had sent as many as 2,000 people abroad mostly to Greece and Italy.
