'J' for general?

KARACHI: PML-N MPA Sanaullah Masti Khel introduced the resolution in the provincial assembly against the media. During his speech he was critical of, what he said was, the media’s role on the issue of the fake degrees. He said three ‘J’s of Pakistan had destroyed democracy in the country and included generals in this. But surely, Mr Masti Khel, who has a BA and a LLB degree would know that general is spelled with a ‘g’?
