Sources said that unknown gunmen opened fire on a police van in the Khazana police station jurisdiction. The injured were shifted to Lady Reading hospital in Peshawar.
The gunmen fled the scene after firing at the security officials.
Police officials said they were investigating the matter and could not say who was behind the attack.
Earlier, an additional Station House Officer (SHO) of Daudzai Police Station was shot dead by unknown gunmen on Friday. The incident also took place in the jurisdiction of Khazana Police Station.
