And all those who ridicule the Muhajir community, let me tell you, we have taught you to speak the national language." He said that if there could be talks with the Taliban, then it could be held with everyone. Dr Saleem Haider said that the Muhajir, a term denoting the Urdu speaking people who came from the present day Republic of India to settle in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, are the most educated people in the country.

Dr Farooq Sattar, head of the MQM Organisation Restoration Committee, said that a leader was giving advice today and there was no need to panic. "Our forefathers decided to establish the country, so they decided not to panic and established the country."

Sattar distancing himself from the policies of PTI said: "we have no hand in the current situation of the country." However, MQM-P is a coalition partner of PTI.
