Johnny Depp says ex wife Amber Heard cheated on him with Elon Musk

Both the accused denied allegations, but Heard's building staff had a different story to tell

Entertainment Desk March 30, 2020

Renowned actor Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's legal battle keeps getting uglier and uglier with every accusation. When filing a defamation suit against Heard last March in 2019, Depp added that Heard also had an affair with tech mogul Elon Musk while the pair was still married.

Although Heard and Musk did have a brief relationship following the end of her and Depp's marriage, it had not previously been speculated that they had been romantically involved while she was still with Depp, reported The Blast.

"Specifically, Ms. Heard asked staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night,’ and they testified that they did so."

The statement continued. "The building staff then saw Ms. Heard’s ‘friend Elon’ leaving the building the next morning. Musk’s first appearance in Mr Depp’s penthouse occurred shortly after Ms Heard threw a vodka bottle at Mr Depp in Australia. When she learned that Mr Depp wanted the couple to enter into a post-nuptial agreement concerning assets in their marriage."

However, Heard and Musk have both denied the allegations saying that they did not begin seeing each other until May pf 2016, which was after the end of Depp and Heard's marriage.

A reported for Musk also added that, "even then it was infrequent and didn’t become romantic until some time later."

Nevertheless, new surveillance footage obtained by The Daily Mail is expected to give insight to Depp's claims. The footage shows Heard and Musk embracing each other in a very comfortable and familiar way while exiting from an elevator.
