SIALKOT: Police in Sialkot have recovered a small boy Ahsan Rehman and arrested his four kidnappers on Sunday. Rehman was playing near a railway line in the Darul Islam neighbourhood of Sambrial on June 2 when he was abducted by four men. Two of the men, Shahid and Afzal, kidnapped the boy and then took him to the Hardaspur village in Gujrat district to a house owned by their two other alleged accomplices, Majeed Ahmed and Kabeer. They had demanded a Rs2.5 million ransom from the father of the child for his release. Police officials were able to track down the kidnappers and arrest them from Gujrat after the boy’s father informed them of the kidnapping.
