A remote controlled blast in Quetta on Tuesday killed two and injured four security personnel.
The killed personnel included Naek Mohammad Anwar and Lance Naek Mohammed Ibrahim.
The injured were taken to the hospital while the police and FC personnel cordoned off the area and initiated a search for the perpetrators.
The police officials posted on Sariab Road near the Darkhshan checkpost said that an FC vehicle was targetted in the blast.
Post May 2, there have been a series of terrorist attacks on security and government installations killing and injuring hundreds of security personnel.
