Child Trafficking: Suspect caught red-handed

Amir confessed to several kidnappings and revealed that he would drug the children, selling them to an Amanullah.

LAHORE: Town police claim to have arrested a kidnapper and child-trafficker red-handed on Thursday. Police said that the suspect, identified as Arbaz Amir, had grabbed a young girl and was trying to stuff her in a sack when he was spotted and arrested by an Iqbal Town police patrol.

Amir confessed to several kidnappings and revealed that he would drug the children and then sell them to an accomplice, Amanullah Pathan, who would then send the children abroad to work as camel jockeys. Pathan is still at large. Iqbal Town SP Muntazir Mehdi announced cash prizes and commendatory certificates for the police team.

It is true that, false cases are registered on the indications of local high ups against poor and helpless persons.
