Pakistan successfully tests another missile
Pakistan successfully test fires a Hataf-2 ballistic missile, with a range of 180km.

Pakistan on Friday successfully test fired a Hataf-2 ballistic missile, with a range of 180km.
The Hatf-2 ballistic missile can travel up to 180 km (110 miles).
The surface-to-surface missile has capacity to carry traditional atomic warhead.
“Hatf-2 can carry nuclear as well as conventional warheads with high accuracy,” the military said in a statement, adding the test had been successful.
The missile was launched from an undisclosed location. It was the second such test by Pakistan in the past month.
Also, the test came days after India conducted successful launch of an interceptor missile.
Pakistan carried out nuclear tests in May 1998 just days after similar tests by its old rival India.

According to Indians, Pakistan should not test missiles at all. It should let India build missiles, sign nuclear deals, strengthen its military and seek cooperation with US/Russia. Pakistan should just sit and watch a hostile neighbour and an equaly dangerous neighbour called ‘Afghanistan’ and dozens of other foreign powers with shadowy designs do what they are, and not be concerned about its own security at all. In other words, it should just be a sitting duck and not be aware of whats going on in its neighborhood. I salute Indians of the la-la land they always live in.Recommend

Pakistan is the only country which absolutely surrounded by enemies. So to keep the minimum nuclear deterrent such steps are necessary . Military job is to keep the border if its country safe from outside intervention or in simple words to defend the country. Gen pervaiz kayani took a bold move by keeping military away from politics because this is necessary for Pakistan’s survival at current stage, when westerner’s are surrounding Pakistan from all side. Look at the geography of Pakistan and look at the elements working against Pakistan for example BLA , tahrek e taliban, Politicians themselves, RAW, MOSAD, CIA people like raymond davis and so on.
So its politicians job to handle the internal matters not the military.

Interceptor missiles will make these chinese cloned missiles useless.
Pakistan cant make a bike,car or even a good bicycle.It has not been able to make its own satellites,So copying chinese m9,m11,nodong korean missile ;copying some chinese cruise missiles to make a cheap subcruise missiles doesnt help pakistan.
With the gap in technology between india and pakistan widened by per capita economy ratio,pakistan wont be able to survive in this arms race.

To all my Pakistani friends who are gloating over the occasional failure of Indian missile tests, I want to submit that India has developed its missile systems indigenously therefore some of the tests are bound to fail. It will be worthwhile for you to read the history of ballistic missile development of your strategic ally USA and see how many times their tests failed before they mastered the craft of missile building. If you people take off your blinkers and see the truth beyond the official army propaganda, you will realise that Pakistan doesn’t have the technology to manufacture missiles and nuclear weapons. Your missile tests never fail because those missiles are already tested by China(M-series) and North Korea(Nodong-series) and even your nuclear weapons are Chinese tried and tested. Both China and Pakistan are the biggest proliferators of nuclear weapons and its delivery systems. We in India are still in the process of mastering certain critical technologies and till then we will have an occasional failure of missile, satellite launching systems etc. If Pakistani people learn to see the truth, your country will swiftly come out of the royal mess your establishment has created.Recommend

What is the use of Pak Hatf-2 missile or even others if they can be destroyed in mid-air by India’s intercepter missiles, which was successfully tested last week and with more tests to follow soon. Since India has taken the lead on this account, Kayani must be suffering from sleepless nights and most likely be negotiating with China to counter the same. The military has already increased the nuclear arsenal and as of now its score is a respectable 110 and efforts may be on to reach the 200 mark and match Tendulkar’s ODI record to provide fool-proof security to the country. . So, my dear Pak brothers and sisters, be prepared to survive on grass which may also have to be imported.Recommend

Interceptor missiles or as they called ABMs are an exercise in futility. The USA and the former USSR had a treaty regarding this. The following is true:
Anti-Ballistic Missiles result in making anti-ABMS and so ad-infinitum
-There is no guarantee the system would work, because more than one nuclear missile will get past an interceptor.Recommend

Interceptors can intercept missiles except fast cruise missiles .Pakistan doesnt posses even sub sonic cruise missiles.
Slow moving cruise missiles can be intercepted. by emulating cruise missile rendering technique in interceptors .
So basically a cruise destined interceptor can intercept another cruise.All you need is to scan in 3 D radius all unwanted flying objects and one needs a good radar.Recommend

FYI US and Russia are still in disagreement of this sort of arrangement. US is still in testing mode and does not have a fool-proof solution. How can India in compliance or exceed to protect Missiles carrying Atomic wareheads.
India cannot even compete Missile Technology developed by Pakistan which has capability to beat Radars and other communication.
Even US could not detect Pakistan’s Atomic detonation experiment how can India think of it.
Pakistan has far advanced necular carrying warhead capability compared to India. So be careful TANG NA KAR PAPPOO or dont be near to a live bee hive – otherwise you will be responsibible for your acts and deeds.
