I wish to congratulate the Pakistan cricket team for defeating Australia by six wickets in the second ODI
TURBAT: I wish to congratulate the Pakistan cricket team for defeating Australia by six wickets in the second One-Day International (ODI) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on January 16. Pakistan has succeeded in defeating Australia after 12 years while the win was also Pakistan’s first ODI victory at the Melbourne Cricket Ground since 1985. I wish to appreciate all of the team’s players for showing a brilliant performance in the second ODI, especially the opening pair Mohammad Amir and Junaid Khan and left arm spinner Imad Wasim, who bowled superbly. Pakistan Captain Mohammad Hafeez, Sharjeel Khan, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik and Umar Akmal also played an impressive game with the bat. It is hoped that the Pakistan team will perform well in upcoming matches.
