Leg-spinner Yasir Shah was the shocking absentee as the National Selection Committee led by Chief Selector Inzamamul Haq announced a 15-member squad for the ODI series against Australia on Friday.

The team led by opening batsman Azhar Ali will not feature veteran all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez and wicketkeeper batsman Kamran Akmal. However, Mohammad Irfan has been included in the squad.

Irfan like Shoaib Akhtar is a 1 match player, wastage of space. Comments of @Usman Ali are derogatory. Isn’t there any system of filtering out such below par remarks? We have lost the match not our senses.Recommend

yap no space for shah in playing 11, hafeez should have been in as spare opener plus y is rahat in, should have played anwar or bilawal bhatti, senseless to see rahat in the side
should have also given chance to few new batsmen but ok i like the side over all just dont like the captain,i think azhar must be sacked and kicked out of odi sarfaraz should be captain.Recommend
