ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested a man who allegedly raped a 12-year-old seminary student after luring him away into the Shakarparian woods.

Police on Friday said that while they were out on routine patrol near Shakarparian late on Thursday, they spotted the suspect with a young boy. Suspecting something was wrong, police pulled the two over. After some initial questions, they took the two to the police station.
