KARACHI: A new Pakistani airline was reported to begin operations with three Boeing aircrafts. This is a great initiative by a private company to serve the nation and a marvel opportunity to lower unemployment and, in the meantime, raise revenues to boost the economy. Pakistan should launch more airlines on domestic routes as the availability of more air carriers will spark true competition and will benefit passengers with lower fare rates and improved quality of service as airlines compete for business.
