The much-anticipated moment has finally arrived as we will be seeing Hamza Ali Abbasi and Osman Khalid Butt share the screen for the first time ever in an upcoming film.

The duo will play lead roles in Momina Duraid and HUM Films' next venture titled Parwaaz Hay Junoon. The film will be based on the fighter pilots of Pakistan Air Force.

Addressing the media on Wednesday, the Mann Mayal actor said the film will serve as a tribute to Pakistan Air Force for its services.

Also present at the press conference, Osman shared his patriotic sentiments saying, “As I grew up my patriotic feeling turned into a romantic feeling, like fighting for my country and soaring to the skies."

“I always wanted to be a pilot, and I’m grateful to Momina that whatever I couldn’t do in real life I’ll be able to do it in reel life," he added.

Although, the leading lady is yet to be confirmed, rumour mills are abuzz that Mahira Khan will be sharing the screen space with the two stars.

Written by Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Haseeb Hassan, Parwaaz Hay Junoon is slated to release by Eidul Azha next year.
